“ This was a great experience with wonderful food and amazing customer service. We thoroughly enjoyed chatting with the staff. They were very busy but very attentive and made sure everything was great. The adults ordered burgers and the kids got corn dogs. We got a mix of tater tots and fries. Everything we ate tasted great. The burgers were juicy and fell apart. You can tell this was not a preformed frozen patty. It tasted very fresh. It also wasn’t a smash burger which I’m not a fan of. Those are thin and crunchy. This was thick enough to fill you up! Everyone also got ice cream cones and a concrete. We got small cones and they were huge! All in all a great experience and I highly recommend everyone should try! We live 2 hours away but we’ll be back very soon. There are several dining experiences in Kansas City and we choose this one. ”
“ My mom, daughter, and I went to lunch at Big Burger yesterday and had the best experience! Misty and Aaron were working and were both so nice! From offering to cut our sandwiches in half, to delivering our food to our table and even bringing us a sample of their ice cream flavor of the month to try! (Peppermint and white chocolate....AMAZING!) I don’t often leave reviews, but they were both just so sweet, I had to show them some love! ”

“ Good place for a burger. I enjoyed mine. With tots and a small drink it was enough. Usually pretty busy when we pass by. Late lunch so we stopped today. Everyone was friendly. They all responded when we said something to them. Fella in charge told us the monthly ice cream flavors for Feb and Mar. We'll certainly go back. Place was clean too. ”
“ The burgers are handmade and fresh, they have a special sauce that I think in the future I would get on the side but that's just a personal preference. It was quite tasty. The prices are excellent and whatever you do, leave room for ice cream. They serve Belfonte ice cream and that day one of the flavors was soft serve cookie dough. It was delicious. They have a constant changing flavor of ice cream. I believe the young man (owner? Manager? It was hard to tell because both people working we're taking great pride in their product) said they change every week or two to a different flavor and were they good! My brother got the tenderloin and was so happy to see a nice thick juicy tenderloin rather than a tenderloin that was bigger than his head. If you want a really good, hand-pressed non-preformed patty hamburger, by all means don't miss Big Burger! ”

“ The staff is friendly, personable and I feel they truly care about the product they serve. That is very important to me. I always come for the burgers because they’re soooo good and NOT greasy for a smash burger, but this time did the spicy chicken. The 8yr old granddaughter ended up stealing it from me! Oh ya, and the fries are the good slightly battered ones so they’re always nice and crispy. ”
